Papa is our lab director and he came to test where we were at on moisture levels and water content/ So grateful for his and nanas continuous support, love and tech saviness which gives us that edge! After three rounds of harvest we think we got the hang of making our drying efficient. Next year the big daddy dryer will be drying a 1,000 pounds an hour.
